To process a payment, we will require certain information. Using getaPERMIT.net constitutes consent to our use of the information as described in this notice. To complete the transaction, you will be required to provide the name as it appears on the credit card, billing address of the credit card holder, credit card number and credit card expiration date. We also will ask for an e-mail address to send an electronic receipt to. No permit issuing Agency or TDS employee will have access to getaPERMIT.net card holder information other than the employees who maintain the administrative interface for fees. The information will not be disclosed to other entities or third parties, except as required by law. It will not be used for any purpose other than to pay the permit fee.
